Suvoi’s Salmon

Eating well and healthy does not have to be boring. Suvoi’s salmon is fatty and high in omega-3s. Sous vide keeps it moist and flavorful. Make the wise choice and include it in your diet to keep it colorful and delicious.

In the Box: Salmon, Beurre Blanc.

Suvoi’s Preparation Ingredients: Wild caught Salmon, salt, vegetable oil.

Preparation: 20 Minutes.

Serves: 2-3 people.

Allergens: None.

Additional Ingredients needed: Salt and Pepper.

For an Additional Green Touch add Parsley, Cilantro or Dill.

Preparation in Sauté Pan

Step 1: Preheat the pan at medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil or butter to the pan.

Step 2: Place the fish and sear it for 2 minutes per side or until it’s golden brown. Serve and Enjoy!

Preparation in Oven

Step 1: Preheat oven at 350ºF and place fish in an oven safe container

Step 2: Reheat fish for at least 10 minutes and remove carefully from the oven. Serve and Enjoy!
