Suvoi’s Preparation Ingredients: Wild caught Salmon, salt, vegetable oil.
Preparation: 20 Minutes.
Serves: 2-3 people.

Preparation in Sauté Pan
Step 1: Preheat the pan at medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil or butter to the pan.
Step 2: Place the fish and sear it for 2 minutes per side or until it’s golden brown. Serve and Enjoy!
Preparation in Oven
Step 1: Preheat oven at 350ºF and place fish in an oven safe container
Step 2: Reheat fish for at least 10 minutes and remove carefully from the oven. Serve and Enjoy!
