Suvoi’s Octopus

Finally! An amazing Octopus you can make at home really quick!. Low-temperature and slow cooking are the key ingredients to a surprisingly tender and flavorful octopus. Make a fresh salad or get the perfect char on a hot grill.

In the Box: Octopus, Alioli.

Suvoi’s Preparation Ingredients:
Lime, White Wine vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Preparation: 20 Minutes.

Serves: 2-3 people.

Step 1: Preheat grill pan to medium high heat.

Step 2: Remove Octopus from Container and grill at medium heat for 4-5 min or until crispy. Serve and Enjoy!

Salad

Step 1: Remove Octopus from the container and cut it into bite size pieces, add your favorite fresh ingredients such as: red onions, cilantro, colorful peppers, and the green of your choice like arugula, spinach or kale.

Step 2: To enhance deliciousness add lime and white wine vinegar and finally adjust salt, pepper and oil. Serve and Enjoy!
