Suvoi’s Preparation Ingredients: Lamb Rack, salt, pepper.
Preparation: 20 Minutes
Serves: 2-3 people.
Preparation in Sauté Pan
Additional Ingredients needed: Salt, Pepper, Mustard and Olive Oil.
Step 1: Preheat a large pan at medium high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil and put the lamb fat side down.
Step 2: Reheat 10 minutes per side or until golden brown and hot enough.
Step 3: Let lamb rest lamb at room temperature for at least 6 minutes before carving.
Step 4: Brush some sauce over the Lamb. Serve and Enjoy!
