Suvoi’s Preparation Ingredients: Pork Tenderloin, salt, pepper.

Preparation: 15 Minutes

Serves: 2-3 people.

Preparation in Sauté Pan

Additional Ingredients needed: Salt and Pepper and Butter. Step 1: Add a tablespoon of butter to a medium size sauté pan at medium high heat. Remove the tenderloin from the container. Step 2: Sear for 5 minutes on each side or until is golden brown. Serve and Enjoy!

Preparation in Oven

Additional Ingredients needed: Salt and Pepper and Butter.

Step 1: Preheat oven at 375ºF. Place the tenderloin covered in an oven-safe container for 10 minutes. Uncover and leave it for extra 10 minutes.

Step 2: Carefully take it out of the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, and slice. Serve and Enjoy!
