Grilled Leeks

Enjoy the sweetness, crunchiness and delicate flavor of Sous-vide Leeks. Combine it with our NY Strip Steak or Lamb Rack to get a soft onion-like aroma.

Suvoi’s Preparation Ingredients: Leeks, salt, vegetable oil.

Preparation: 10 Minutes.

Serves: 2-3 people.

Allergens: None.

Preparation in Grill

Additional Ingredients needed: Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil.

Step 1: In a large grilling pan at medium heat add a drizzle of Olive oil and put the Leeks.

Step 2: Grill them for 2 minutes per side until they are heated through. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve and Enjoy!
